  • What a magical and fantastic bike purchasing experience. I was assisted by James when I came in to look for a new road bike, I was very impressed that his first concern was the fit of the bike, and not just what they had going on sale. I've been to several shops earlier in the day and they were pushing brand specific, or what they needed to clear off their floor. James was highly knowledgeable, selected several different types of bikes for me to try, and even encouraged me to join some of the rides. He asked a lot of questions about what I would be using the bike for to ensure I got the best bike for me and not the best bike for the shop to sell. It felt like a fantastic victory to ride away on a bike that fit me so perfectly. Thank you James!
