The first stop on my Thanksgiving evening shopping trip with my sister (my first Thanksgiving/Black Friday shopping experience). I expected some kind of mob scene with crowds, fights, utter insanity, long lines to get in, etc.
Imagine my shock when I walk in and find the store to be orderly and not having to fight anyone to get coveted Christmas gifts for my niece and nephews. The staff was very good about keeping things orderly and the line system to the registers wasn't even as terrifying a wait as I pictured on a Thanksgiving evening/Black Friday. No brawls, no craziness. I guess someone in this corporate office got the message and kept things orderly. Other than that, this seems like your basic Toys 'R Us that is clean and has a staff that doesn't seem to outwardly hate their job and all the customers. Maybe it's a regional thing?
