  • A horrible flying experience, hours delayed, this after buying into their $9.00 fare program and still being charged for extras. The worst is here, a year later, they automatically charge my credit card for the program. I opted to throw the money away by cancelling my membership than to risk flying with them again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
