  • I've been coming to this establishment for a little while as a loyal costumer until today. I was very dissatisfied with the service. Lynne was extremely unprofessional she tells me that she doesn't feel like waxing my eyebrows because she had a " headache from doing my nails which took 2 hours. She constantly complained about how long it took I didn't appreciate that at all. I'm very upset and definitely won't be returning due to the service and unprofessionalism. You don't ever tell a customer that you don't want to do something. $45 for a full set is ridiculous and I don't even like my nails I don't feel she understood the design that I wanted.
