I agree with other online customers (per Yelp and Google Reviews) that the lack of selection and non-updated inventory is very very frustrating. If you cannot keep up with orders and inventory, perhaps do not offer to sell product online. I ordered two sets of scrubs, got an email about 2 weeks after I ordered informing me that they were very busy and very behind on their orders and that one scrub top I ordered they couldn't fill. They offered a full refund on the top and the matching pants I had, which I appreciate very much, and still sent my other scrubs with free shipping.
Great customer service and follow up, but very poor selection. It's a shame because there's not very many online shopping options in Canada for scrubs, and I like to support a Canadian company. Hoping that the owners might hire someone to fulfill online only orders and add more inventory to their selection.
