| - If you desire the luxury of how the other half lives, make a visit to Sage. The staff was friendly and absolutely attentive. From start to finish, you are never neglected. My recommendation is to start off with the Cotton Candy cocktail; a requirement in my opinion. It is served at your table with a ball of pink cotton candy and the cocktail poured over it. This delicious libation is not overly sweet and I can tell you, one is not enough. Though there are so many things I can boast about regarding the cuisine, the star of the menu was the Iberico "Secreto" Pork. Personally, I had to slow down my pace to savor every bit of this savory and tender meat. Complimented with kale and Asian pear, this dish found a perfect balance of sweet, savory and bitter. Though I was too full to order dessert, I did finish out with Absinthe served traditionally over a sugar cube. There is the option of serving with fire and ice in case one needs more flare in their serving. The dress code is "dress casual" so I wore a polo and khakis. I did some in three piece suits and others in jeans and a button down. As for cost, dining on a budget is not the name the game. Though the menu options are pricey, this is one restaurant to splurge. If there is one fantastic night of food and drinks you seek, make it Sage.
