  • Yolanda at the front desk treats everyone like garbage. She acts like a spoiled 12 year old child when a customer asks simple legitimate questions or to speak to a manager. This is our second time having to deal with her attitude. We will never stay there again. We also have told all our friends of the treatment. This run down place could at the very least provide respectful, friendly representation. We turned her in the first time and they did nothing. They side with her even though she is unprofessional and SO RUDE.
