  • I took in my Hoover rug cleaner . I was told that it would be done in 7 to 10 days.I was asked to give a $20 deposit. I told the person that I really needed the cleaner at the latest in 10 days. I called in 8 days and it had not been looked at. The person told me that it would be looked at that day and should be ready in 2 days.I phoned back in two days and I was told that it would be a while for the machine to be repaired as a part had to be ordered from the States. I told him I would pick up the machine as It was taking too long to repair as when I bought it in I was led to believe that it would be done in 7 to 10 days. I asked for my $20 back and it was given back grudgingly. I was told that I misunderstood what was originally told to me and that I was not being reasonable.
