Last week my Surface Pro's screen cracked. I looked around and saw that this company had positive reviews and was close to where I live.
Unfortunately, they aren't interested in responding to any of my attempts to reach them.
After trying to contact CPR 3 times via their website's free estimate service and posting a question in the question section on their Yelp page, I'm going to go with another company.
3 times I submitted a request for a price estimate on a new screen and 3 times I received an email telling me that they'd be contacting me shortly with a price. The email also gave me a phone number to call if I'd rather talk to someone sooner. But had I wanted to call, I'd have called instead of emailing.
I've obviously misinterpreted what this business's service is. I hope I didn't inconvenience anyone with my irrelevant questions and pointless attempt at giving them money.
