  • WORST customer service ever. Love the theater itself, super comfy and pretty clean. BUT..... The. Staff. Me and my boyfriend were the only ones at the concession stands and three employees (two behind the counter, one on the side I was on leaned over the counter) where chatting, which is fine. BUT when a customer walks up to pay for something the least you could do is acknowledge their existence. Instead, these three continued with their conversation for at least another minute or so, after every single one of them saw me standing there, waiting. Finally I said can I pay? And then the employee gave me a dirty look took my card (says nothing to me the entire time, mind you) and continued with the same conversation. It was just ridiculous. I'll deff drive the extra 15 minutes to a different theater next time.
