  • My journey to Genevieve is rather circuitous. My 95 year old Mom has had to deal with a bladder bag for the last four years. Not wanting to deal with this issue, I began a research journey to find a means to circumvent such a fate. Alas, my husband found Genevieve and he couldn't rave about their phone conversation enough. She was extremely informative and answered all his questions and concerns. In addition, there was no sales pitch or pressure. Eventually, I called Genevieve. At the end of the conversation, she was Gigi and I couldn't wait to have a personal consultation. After our meeting, I couldn't wait to start the procedure. Gigi went through all the procedures on the market and explained the benefits of Therma Va and Therma Smooth. This natural approach of "waking up the collagen" minus needles, surgery or other painful procedures was the tipping point for me. To date, I have had two Therma Va sessions and two Therma Smooth sessions. The results with both procedures are beyond my expectations. Gigi is professional, personable, kind and gentle. A true gem!!!! I hope to be with her for years.
