  • The WORST! Sent by American Home Shield Warranty for my rental property... I gave explicit instructions for them to CONTACT ME DIRECTLY for any significant repairs and or replacements... I never heard from them after their first visit at the end of the week. I had to contact my tenant to find out what happened at which point I learned that AM PM Plumbing told them they needed to come back the following week with the parts. I left several messages for AM PM Plumbing reminding them that they were NOT authorized to replace anything without speaking to me first. I finally got a call back AFTER they had already gone to my house and replaced the faucet. At that point I learned that they replaced the high-end faucet that was there with a "builder grade" option. They told them they had to install chrome circles into the granite counter to cover up the open holes because the new faucet didn't have all the features I had before (soap dispenser, sprayer, separate water control). When I expressed my frustration that they completed this work without any authorization, they asked if I wanted them to go back and uninstall the new faucet. I asked if they would reinstall the old one but they stated that they had destroyed it during the job. So, their solution was to take out their crappy replacement and leave the kitchen with nothing? Then, to make matters worse, the tenant contacted me to tell me they left the place a total mess (and sent pictures to prove it). Plus, they sent me a video that clearly shows the ugly chrome hole-covers were not even installed properly as they are totally loose to the touch which will not only allow water to seep under the sink - but it will damage the granite countertops. Thanks for downgrading the value of my kitchen, AM PM Plumbing! I am 100% dissatisfied!
