  • As I said to you in the message I sent you Ray. Your customer retention people called with a deal that "I just could not resist". I resisted and explained the issues that I have had with your dealership, promises made, promises broken. I was told that you would contact me personally the next day; I was told that the General Manager liked to take care of these issues personally. Well that was over a month ago and it's been a real long next day. Yet another promise broken. I said it here, I said it in the message I sent you and it bears repeating WORST DEALER EVER.
