  • This is by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car! I had a 2015 Escalade and would always have it serviced at Earnhardt Cadillac. The experience there was never great and so I decided to try arrowhead for my next oil change. Tony Grova was my service guy and was amazing! He scheduled my appointment and had someone drive all the way out to my house (30 min away) to pick up my car. I was left a courtesy vehicle to drive until mine was finished. The best part was they left me my exact car but a 2018. (something the other dealership said they could not do) needless to say I fell in love with the 2018 and I decided I wanted to upgrade. From the moment I drove onto the lot the experience was not pushy or irritating. Nathan Arbuckle listened to exactly what I wanted and found it for me. There was very little back and forth about the price and I purchased it at a price I was comfortable with. Everything about this experience was quick and easy down to the last part dealing with the finance manager Darcey Moore. I can't say enough kind things about the people who work here and will never go anywhere else for future purchases. Thank you Tony, Nathan and Darcey for my new Cadillac!
