  • I didn't like it :-( they were very friendly, but the manicure was awful: she left a ton of cuticles uncut. She hardly even worked on my nails, almost like she was afraid to touch them. The worst part of it all was that they charged me $17 for a simple manicure when their prices on the wall clearly said $12 and that's what they said on the phone too. I didn't even get nail polish because I am doing a vitamin treatment at home. The hardest thing she had to do was take the gel off, but is that an extra charge?! Such a rip off, and I didn't bother to ask why, I'm just never going back. Really poor service overall.
