  • WORST COMPANY EVER ! I have had nothing but problems with this company since I started renting from them. Now I am about to move out and they stated I had to send a check with the prorated amount to the office in Phoenix, which I have an email proving that. They did not tell me the prorated amount or anything else. Then all of a sudden they drafted the full amount of rent out of my bank account and are refusing to give me back my money until I move out! That is beyond illegal! Not to mention all the other problems I have had with this company. Customer service is horrible and you can never get ahold of anyone when you need to. I could list a million issues I have had, but I would be here for awhile. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!
