rev:text	So today was my first visit since a year ago. I have had extensive work done at this office, in which previous visits have been mediocre, nothing too much to rave about, but when having to undergo the 'new patient' process every time you try out a different office (x-rays,paperwork, etc) mediocre, isn't horrible but after today's experience it should be treated as such, especially when this is your teeth. Long story short, when I walked into the office i was told to sign off on a form basically giving them permission to extract tooth 29, and administer anesthesia. I IMMEDIATELY declined, as tooth 29 is fine and was actually filled during my last visit. So Christian advises to do xrays, and i accepted. We do the xrays, xrays come back as i knew, tooth 29 was fine, the confusion occured because Dr.Kim wrote in my chart to extract this tooth in which was error. Keep in mind, when i called in and scheduled my appointment I told the receptionist which tooth i wanted to have worked on, and she agreed, as we had a plan drawn out from previous visit of what was left to be done. So it was a surprise when I get to my visit, and im being told SURPRISE we are pulling out a perfectly healthy tooth. No apologies, nothing. Just an x-ray exam paid for and sent me on my way. Didnt even offer to work on something different that visit, just sent me on my way. Im convinced they simply want to milk you out your money and your insurance as well. I took a day off from work to walk into a dental office be told im getting a perfectly healthy tooth pulled, and an x-ray done. I will never come back here.
