| - I was looking to buy my first bike and saw one they were selling in the color and type I wanted. Needless to say this was a very bad experience. This group is untrustworthy and has no integrity. Because we live in Las Vegas, we had to deal with them online or by phone. All we got was lots of run-around, stalling tactics, bait and switch and lots of excuses that they are "swamped". From the get go Brittnie from the sales department told us that the bike was already on hold for us while the financing details were being worked on. Then we received a call from Julie who asked if we could put a $500 deposit to hold the bike while the financing details were still being worked on, which we paid immediately. After paying the deposit, we waited for a day and a half without hearing back from them. It took several phone calls between my husband and I for Julie to finally answer our calls. This time she told us that the bike we were interested, the one we put a $500 hold deposit, is no longer available. That's only about 36 hours after we put a deposit on it! She said she would email 2 other bikes for sale for us to see as well as financing details. We let her know that we only want to see the same type of bike as we had originally wanted. NOT surprised, she only emailed ONE bike which was different from what we had wanted. Long story short, this business and the people that we dealt with in our transaction have no integrity and employs unethical business practices, such as bait and switch, to get your business.
