  • Worst place ever. Dropped off clothes when I got to town on Thursday. On Monday when I was going back home to San Diego, they said one shirt was not ready and they would mail it to me as soon as it was. After the third call to notify them I had not received it and then responding that they would "check and get back to me". They finally told me to pick it up when I came to town next. I said I didn't know when that would be, but my friends went in to get it a couple of months later and they couldn't find it. I just went in on Friday once I got back to Vegas and they again couldn't locate it, told me it was probably donated to goodwill, and refused to let me speak to a manager. I asked to speak with the owner. But apparently she lives in Korea. They refused to compensate me for my $100 shirt. Obviously will never be returning. Will also be contacting BBB. Terrible customer service and poor business management.
