Just arrived on a UA flight 3499 ORD to YYZ about 3 hours late without explanation and non-existent service or customer appreciation. Sitting in business class at big extra cost but don't expect much but a smile and a thank you would be simple enough. Unbelievably disappointing. I would short the UA stock based on 2 UA flights today. Shouldn't there have been some customer service lessons learned this week? To the credit of UA Gary and his colleagues in UA lounge at ORD were exceptional.
