  • So if you come make an appointment it doesn't matter if your arrive on time because they have this rule to give you 20 MINUTES after your check in time to give you time to make it ? And the "Doctors 20 minutes to get settled in " . Front desk - Monica " So I learned today come 20 minutes late rather than 10 minutes early . Last I knew when you make an appointment it's for that TIME . This place is upsetting. & this isn't my first time here . It's 8:06 am and I have been here since 7:30 am . Yes Monica at the front desk should get more practice with customer service because she sucks . Yes I'm mad because I scheduled this appointment before work . P.S. OVER 20 minutes later and still waiting in the lobby . Nice knowing Dr. Shepard
