Wish I could give zero stars. Pulled into drive thru at 10:49 pm on Sunday May 28th, 2017. Was only car in line. Pulled upbto first window and as instructed and no one there. Waited nearly a minute. So pulled to second window. No one there either. Place is like a ghost town. After three minutes someone finally comes to take my money for a super complicated order of a double cheeseburger and medium fries. This is at 10:55. At 11:05, no one has returned to the window. Employees can be seen wamdering around inside ON THEIR CELL PHONES. No one approaches our window with our change or to explain the delay. I begin honking to try to get someone to come to the window. A guy does finally explaining "sorry bro....It's shift change man." Must be the first shift change in the history of McDonalds right? Because they are unable to fulfill the only drive thru order of a double cheeseburger and a medium fry. It is now 11:10. I demand to simply get my money back. An additional four minutes go by before this can be completed. I pulled into the drive thru at 10:49 pm, the ONLY car in line. 27 minutes later at 11:16 I finally get my money back. I certainly didn't want any food from this place at this point that's for sure. When I ask if this is a franchise or company owned I am told it is a franchise. I ask for the general manager's card and am given a cup. A CUP. With the 1-800 number to the generic McDonalds hotline. Because these employees figure I probably won't track down the right info and therefore their incompetence won't be evaluated. Wrong.
