  • I have had nothing but great experiences at Villa Blanco. The office team is amazing. Tim the leasing agent is very courteous and professional. He made the application and move in process effortless. Commander the assistant property manager and the property manager whose name escape me are easy to talk to and very hands on. Since moving here we have gotten a free pizza on pizza day and we are now in the middle of March Madness games. Truly and awesome place to reside. Also a great place for kids as their is access to Stroud Park. Also the canal is close which has a running and bike path. Maintenance here is the bomb. They respond to non emergencies within 2-24 hours depending what time you get your request in if by email. Or you can call the office if you need sooner.
