  • I have been going to this specific Great Clips location for a while now and have had good experiences up until today. My mom from out of state wanted her hair cut so we opted to go right in since we figured it wouldn't be crowded which it wasn't (we were the only ones waiting). The lady that "greeted us" if you could even call it a greeting had a rude expression and spoke in a rude tone. She had ombré/grown out blond highlights and bangs. Anyway, she proceeded to ask us if we've been here before and told my mom to fill out a form-- but the way she said it was once again rudely said. My mom and I looked at each other surprised at her tone figuring out if we should just go spend our money elsewhere. We decided to stay but my gosh, that lady is either 1) having a bad day or 2) is just a rude individual, either way she needs an attitude adjustment. Way to give my mom a bad opinion on the customer service here!
