  • First time at Jackson and my last. I paid for a VIP and they didn't vacuum the back of my SUV. Maybe that's extra? Didnt wipe down my cargo cover or even the inside of my windshield. There were spots of dirt/stuff still on my windows and windshield. They missed a lot of corners on the interior wipedown. Not very impressed.
