  • Worst medical office in Vegas. It took me a month just to contact someone to schedule my study. They send you to voicemail every time you call and never get back to you. The staff is incredibly rude as well. One sleep technician began yelling at his elderly patient because she couldn't remember the last time has had a sleep Study. The night of the study someone was playing loud Rock and Roll music to fall asleep! When someone asked if the staff could ask the patient with the music to lower it, they staff said "We can't do anything about that." I never fell asleep because both the staff and the music were insanely loud. Periodically throughout the night, they would bang on the walls, scaring me, and giving me anxiety. I was told I would have my results back in two weeks, and if I'd didn't, something is seriously wrong. It has been over a month and I haven't gotten anything by mail or at least a phone call. My primary care physician has also been calling for a week and have not herd back from this place. This place needs to be completely revamped. The staff should be fired and a new, kinder, staff should be the replacement. I hate this place with every bone in my body. It sickens me how they treat their patients. Now, I have no choice but to go back and ask for a physical copy of my results. Go anywhere else but this place!
