I had my heater unit go out in my attic on Friday Dec 21st. Called my home warranty company at 11:51am. They sent my work order over to Papsworth who called me back to schedule an appointment for Saturday morning. Linda, the service scheduler was absolutely courteous and helped me get my appointment scheduled quickly. My appointment time was for between 8am and 1pm and was worried after reading other reviews that I would be waiting all morning. Not the case! Vince, their service technician arrived at 7:55am! He was very courteous and extremely friendly. Seems my original thermostat was wired incorrectly and had popped a fuse in the heat unit. He replaced fuse and rewired thermostat and system is working perfectly again. I was very hesitant in allowing a company with so many bad reviews to service my AC unit, but I am certainly glad I let Papsworth do it. Best service I have found for AC and will use them again for sure.
