  • Just awful. The tag line for Just Plumbing is "Proving Integrity". They proved the opposite. We were connected with them through our home warranty company. At first they were very personable but we had a problem that arose after they replaced our broken water heater, that had worked flawlessly for 13 years, with a brand new one. The new one did not work properly from the get-go. They came out to fix the problem repeatedly over the course of months. They kept replacing a small valve they said was the issue...a valve that had NEVER been an issue before. They replaced the same valve 4 times...literally, 4 times. Finally, after about 9 or 10 service calls, our home warranty company finally said "no more" to Just Plumbing, and assigned us a new plumbing company. Two plumbers later it was made clear that Just Plumbing was simply making a token adjustment and not seeking to figure out the real problem. We literally burned MONTHS trying to get the problem fixed. All the while with limited hot water in our home. My husband spent countless hours on the phone with the home warranty company and Just Plumbing wasted many, many, days performing plumbing theatre instead of doing their job. They don't know what integrity means.
