I will somehow have to explain to my 6 year old niece why she does not have a Christmas gift this year. 2 months ago I ordered her gift, it arrived a month later, broken. It was returned and a new one ordered to be sent to the store. Unfortunately, I went into early labour and was not able to pick up the item since I was I was in the hospital for an extended stay. Despite my husband and I calling THREE times to ensure that our item was not sent back to the warehouse and made arrangements to pick it up today, it was no longer there when we made the long frustrating trek to the mall during Christmas season in pain with a newborn. We were told that a new one would not arrive in time for Christmas. We asked for a manager, and were told they were busy.
If this were my first bad experience here, I would not be writing this scathing review. However, this Sears location has been terrible to deal with for years. Long lines, salespeople sighing and rolling eyes at customers, employees fighting among each other or gossiping about each other in front of customers.... I think I'll pass.
