  • I will NEVER return to this place ever again! I've been a patron for this business for over 6 years and I have never been treated the way I was treated today. I called and made an appointment for 1:00pm, I arrive before the appointment time and there was no one at the front desk. I waited 15 minutes passed my appointment time until a lady with curly hair addresses me. I told her I booked for a 90 minute massage which she charged me $90 upfront which they usually charge after service is tendered. The owner always honored the pricing from the Arville location which was $40 for 90 minutes. Usually they soak my feet in warm water, perform the massage and end it with hot stones. This time I received 75 minutes (NOT 90 mins) of a really painful massage and I kept telling this aggressive guy to go lighter. Never received the warm water to soak my feet nor did he even give me a foot massage! After the massage I gave him a tip of $10 because it was the worst massage I ever received from this place (yet I still decided I should give a tip). The massage therapist then tells me he should've received $15 for every 30 minutes he was in there with me. Super aggressive and rude. Don't waste your time and money! I should've walked away as soon as she charged me $90 up front but I was really needing this massage. I don't even pay that much for my massage therapist that comes to my home. NEVER AGAIN!!
