  • I went in for the first time for a polish change. My appointment was with Nina. As I stated originally it was supposed to be a regular polish change. I am accustomed to getting gel but was a little nervous as I have never been here before and my regular salon was booked. Upon entering the salon I was extremely impressed with the decor. Nina came to the front and sat me immediately. After talking to her briefly I was comfortable to getting gel. Nina made a suggestion which I'm glad I took because my nails turned out amazing. I highly recommend you seeing Nina at shimmer a try. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Nina I'll see you in three weeks. UPDATE..... I called for a last minute gel manicure, I was able to get in with Nina and perfection as usual. The next comment I am about to make I would appreciate if you don't judge me. Having said that I have to note that everyone in the shape speaks perfectly great English. This was a nice yet very shocking. I really like this place and my nails are always on fleek when I leave. Please give Nina a try I promise she will NOT let you down.
