  • WORST PROPERTY MANAGENT EVER. i have NEVER had to deal with such a rude and careless group of people EVER. Were sadly still currently living in one of their properties but they have managed to make us pay $650 in fees and maintance that we were currently in dispute. We will take them to small claims if we have to. Joelle is probably THE worst out of all the people working there. She has even texted me this morning to tell me to pay $500 in HOA violations that we have NEVER been notified of in the past. This is a joke. I will update this review once i get a response from the HOA team, where they have told me that they send out violations to the property management and the owner of the house lol. They have put two WRONGFUL 5 day notices.
