  • The last 2 times I have been to this location the experience has been less than stellar. Yesterday the wait time was bad with only 2 tellers. Today they actually had 3 tellers. I waited my turn and walked up to the window and Mary Nubel said get back. By far the worst experience I have had at Bank of America. She should be talked to about her people skills. She makes you feel very unwelcome. I'm going to talk to my company about switching banks .
