  • Been living in Henderson almost a year and had yet to try any Pho out here. Like a lot of reviewers, I'm from So Cal and worked in Orange County where there are TONS of noodle places. Needless to say, I was looking for a family-owned place with flavorful food. This is one of those places. I ordered P4 (Pho Tai, Nam - Noodle soup with sliced round-eye steak, well-done flank) and my husband had P6 (Pho Chin, Nam - Noodle soup with well-done brisket and well-done flank) and we shared A17 (Smoked Salmon Rolls - Smoked salmon wrapped in rice paper with mixed freshvegetable and pickles). Everything was flavorful and delicious. We got it to-go and it came packaged well with plenty of fixings for the soup. If you're someone who likes a lot of noodles in your Pho, get the Large size (same amount of broth but more noodles and fixings). The smoked salmon rolls were very fresh tasting and the peanut sauce was tasty. Prices are very reasonable also ($8 for regular size Pho, $9 for large). We will be back!
