This place is terrible.
I had an experience with a doctor there who misrepresented herself in her competencies. I wrote two letters to the manager of the clinic and never heard anything back. The doctor herself called me and apologized, informing me that the clinic manager would be in touch, and to this day, I've never heard back.
Misrepresentation can be grounds for a lawsuit. I'm very surprised the clinic manager has chosen to do nothing.
I would have to agree with the below comments. The receptionists at the front are not well engaged. They sent my specialist referral to the wrong clinic.. twice. The wrong clinic actually then later phoned me to confirm an appointment. I'm not quite sure what is difficult about sending a fax.
