  • Great customer service. I have only dealt with their service department. I have a 2010 GMC Terrain which I did not purchase from Joyce. I was previously taking it to a different GMC dealership for various services. Started going to Joyce due to the fact the other dealership was beyond helpful. I havent had one issue yet (knock on wood) with Joyce. I am always in and out. I have always gotten a loaner car. They treat you very well here. I am lways kept updated as to what is being done and the costing of the work. I dont feel they overcharge...prices are fairly reasonable. With all the issues I have been having with my Terrain, I wouldnt trust anyone else but Joyce to fix those issues.
