rev:text	We are relocating to Surprise AZ. My wife has been disabled for 6 years. She is disabled because of small fiber neuropathy. It was diagnosed at OHSU in Portland OR. We were trying to get a pain specialist in AZ to help her reestablish care. We looked on the internet and found this company on the web. So we booked an appointment and had the records sent to them from our pain Dr. here in Newport OR. I am pretty sure they did not look at them, because they told my wife she is a"drug seeker" that is a quote from the PA Victoria. She handed her a rehab list and escorted her out of the building. My wife suffers from chronic pain and we are moving to get her to a dryer climate to hopefully get her feeling a little better and with a dry climate. I hope this never happens to "Victoria" (karma might bite back) that she gets sick and is treated like a drug addict. She never once met with the Dr. and basically I am glad we found out early that they don't care about people who are really sick and how devastating this experience was to my wife. She has a hard enough time dealing with this disease. To have a Dr. of medicine treat her the way they did without even looking into her past medical experience or maybe calling her Dr. here in Newport is plain sad. I hope this is not the way all Arizona treats there patience. My Wife worked for a DR for 25 years I am appalled at the level of treatment from this place. I commented on face book to them that they devastated my wife and there response was "OK"...shame on you ARIZONA PAIN MANAGMENT. I HOPE YOU FEEL GOOD ABOUT WHAT YOU DID! VICTORIA SET BACK MY WIFE AND HER ILLNESS THAT IS THE FACTS...
