  • Usually a good experience with Enterprise here. But, unusually long line and waiting time. And his time the overselling of Insurance coverage went too far. Frequent renter here yet I was challenged repeatedly about denying additional coverage. Clerk wanted to know my deductible even after I showed him my insurance card. And threatened not to rent me a car if I didn't tell him the exact amount of my insurance deductible! Ridiculous and condescending attitude. Next week in Cleveland, I'll be renting from Herz.
