  • If I could give ZERO stars I would. I would NEVER ever enlist the services of this company. I moved into a new home this spring with an existing policy. I called the office (as instructed) to give them my information to make sure the policy was transferred to me as the new owner. I asked for a copy of the policy at that time and never got one. I called again a few weeks ago, returning a phone call from the company. When I called back they had no idea why I was called in the first place and told me someone would call me back....I never got a return call. Yesterday a hang tag was left in my door informing me hat I had missed a service and I could call to reschedule. I called this morning and was told I couldn't reschedule because my policy was expired! What???? The receptionist was no help and offered to get a supervisor on the line. She came back and said they supervisor told her to figure it out. I explained AGAIN that I was the new owner and had called several months ago to update my account information. She still couldn't help so she put me on hold for ANOTHER supervisor. That supervisor put me hold to review the account with ANOTHER supervisor. That supervisor came online and gave me the same song and dance about never hearing from me and no record or notes of my previous calls. He tried to tell me that termites was a separate office though it's all the same company so clearly there is a breakdown or lack of communication. He told me the services visit yesterday was to "establish communication" and that after he visit I would've been sent an invoice for $160. How is it that this company was prepared to charge me for a visit I didn't know about and didn't ask for! Bulwark needs to get their teams on the same page. This was my first overall impression the company and it was not a good one, though I was already on the fence. I would not service my property with these folks for anything. I will be back with one of their competitors.
