  • Dr. Cullinan is great and I have no complaints about the hygienist. However, it's been my experience that this practice is poorly managed. During my appointments I've never seen another patient there and the front office staff just seems to be there hanging out on their phone or watching the TV in the waiting room. The blonde receptionist is NOT welcoming or friendly and makes you feel like you're interrupting her day by being there. The most irritating thing that happened was I had an appointment for a cleaning that they scheduled 6 months out. I called to reschedule it and they told me they didn't have me scheduled for that day and also that they didn't have anyone on the schedule because the office would be closed. I'm glad I called to reschedule it because otherwise I would've rearranged my whole day around an appointment just to go there to find a locked door. There are far too many dentists in this city for these shenanigans.
