rev:text	DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE! They are crooks. I specifically told them what was wrong with my vehicle upon arrival and I came to get that fixed. I needed a master cylinder. Instead, the rep, called me repeatedly during the day to say, No, you need brake pad, Oh, you need Rotors, Oh, you need a brake flush. I agree to all of those things because at that point, I was ASSURED that would fix my brake pedal from going all the way to the floor. I left my car for the weekend for repair and woke up to a a message, saying, guess what? I needed a master cylinder. I TOLD THEM UPON arrival that was all I needed. I was not given the opportunity to get the other items fixed by family who would charge me $0 for the repair, but instead of telling me ALL things wrong with my car on Saturday, I was strung along until they started a $300 repair to then try to get me to pay an additional $600. I could have simply paid for that ONE part that I needed. I spoke to manager, who only justified her business in playing customers like they are dumb and swindling them out of their money. Actually, I told her they were swindlers and she said, NO, your parts cost this, this, and that. Lady, I didn't have to pay for your pricey labor fees though!!!! Hello???, but she refused to listen. She refused to understand. She just justified the mess that they have put me through. I picked my car up and even after getting the brakes and rotors that I was assured would fix the car, the brake pedal is WORSE! Also, two of my hub cabs just flew off as I was driving home. They can't even put on a hub cap properly or they purposely did that after I called and raised hell. All I needed was a master cylinder and I could have the rest FOR FREE after buying my own parts, but they got me. Never again. I was not given ALL choices prior to the extra this and extra that was added on. I was blamed for my problem because my car is older. So! It still works just fine. I hope I save at least one person from coming here by typing this review. Find an honorable service station. Not people looking to take advantage of you because you are a female.
