  • I booked a trip early, June 15th /17 for 2 week all inclusive for December/17 I got price reduction guarantee. Paid $100.00 down each and the rest Before October 26th /17. they credited my master with a price reduction. The price went down 8 days after paying . Nov.6th/17 by $185,00 a person x 2 = that's $370.00 I will kiss goodbye. They will not honour the price reduction more than once, and then its no good 30 days before departure, they won,t honour it. This is not right that they wait till everybody pays for there trip at the end of October lower it a bit , get everyone to take it and then lower it $370.00. I told them I would take it as a voucher for another trip but no way. My travel agent would not call them cause it takes an hour to get them on the phone. I contacted them myself. I think they should honour this . This is price fixing. This will be an issue for me for many years to come. I booked with Tripcentral.
