We came at 9 pm on a Saturday. I thought it was an interesting space and quite liked the dim lighting. It was pretty loud.
Braised piglet risotto with shaved foie gras - VERY rich and VERY delicious. They were nice enough to split the appetizer for us.
American wagyu - GREAT. Honestly very good with interesting flavours on the side.
Stratum (maple syrup parfait with thin dark chocolate layers and red berry sauce) - This was better than I was expecting, probably the best dessert I've had this year.
