  • This is the first time I have ever felt the need to write a review. With that said, Everyone is right. Jim is the best! He has the best pricing, doesn't nickel and dime you. Even used some off the old parts and knocked $30 off. I called him on a Tuesday afternoon and had a new water heater installed in 24 hours. Professional, courteous, and punctual. I've never felt better about spending $500 before. Call him you won't regret it.
