The last three times I have had to submit scripts for controlled sustains I was cheat. The first time after an abdominal surgery done with a epidural instead of putting me to sleep, I ended up with a wet tap. This means not only did I have significant pain in the belly but also a spinal headache. I was given a script for 135 oxycotin. I was out of it due to pain and it was not till when I got home and went to take a pain pill I was shock. I had 35. They shorted 100 pills it was a nightmare. After that experience I made it a point to count the pills upon returning home. The second for of a different med is was short 30 of the 90. When i called they did a pill count as this med was dispenced by a dispenser. Sure enough they had way more than the should have meaning many people were shorted. I was assured they would start verifying with manual counts. Well yet again same meds was just filled and shorted 37. I will be switching pharmacies and contacted the DEA. They either have horrid quality control or an employee diverting.
