  • As far as fast casual Mexican goes, Cafe Rio is average. Though they have more options than Chipotle, and seemingly fresher ingredients, I have yet to be to a Cafe Rio where the staff has their act together. It's either short staffing, missing ingredients, lack of initiative or like tonight, all three. And when your meal takes 45 minutes, is it really fast casual anymore? No.
