  • Well, my review my differ from the others, but my experience at this Bank of America has always been excellent. Hell, they even once gave me a free BoA zip back because I needed a new one for carrying my petty cash. Take today for example: As I walk through the front door I am greeted warmly by the manager. There are only two customers in line, and two tellers, each helping a customer. In less than three minutes one of the customers is done and the teller says he can help me out. The teller was friendly and made small talk while he took care of my transaction. Then, the bank manager wishes me a good day as I'm walking out the front door. I was in and out the bank in less than 5 minutes. That's honestly as good of an experience as anyone can ever expect.
