We came here for New Years Eve. We arrived around 3 pm; the festivities were supposed to start at 5. Their card key machine was not working so they couldn't give us keys. They let us in but we couldn't go in and out unless we blocked the door open ... definite safety concern. It looked like they were just setting up for the festivities. Seriously just starting. We went down about 5ish, no apps, but there was alcohol. I got one of their roaring 20's drink specialities and Tom got a vodka and tonic. Vodka was horrible. Cold apps came out but no napkins or forks. Ok I can eat cheese and veggies with my hands. BTW, no did for veggies. Finally the hot apps came out ... Swedish meatballs but no utensils. Had to ask for them which was a long wait. Food for dinner was ok, plates were cold so they made our hot meals cold including Tom's mash potatoes. No wine was served with our meals. Open bar before and after dinner but not during ... odd. Breakfast was awful ... plates were ice cold. Had to wait a very long time for eggs and they were those fake mass produced kind.
Not what you would expect for $299 per couple. Service overall was atrocious. Even when the manager asked and we told him about the cold food and plates we saw no improvement.
