  • Had two great hair cuts and one where I showed a pic after growing my hair out. Got a basic cut, not what I asked for. More like only cut they know. Now it is just short, they kept saying, after cutting it, is this ok? TOO LATE!! Then said we'll let me even this out, so I spent 6 months growing it out to have more options, now? Ground zero....jeez, just terrible. Reviews were 4 stars, 5 stars, 0 stars = 3 stars. The second hair stylist suggested the look for the cut I asked for. My last stylist, great, not there, may have been off. I walked in, never again. Will schedule with the other. I got a short cut!!! Basic, nothing at all like the pic I showed. Her comment "oh good, you have a picture" should have made me get up. My mistake. Hair length, after cut, should have been 2 1/2 inches. Now? Less than an inch. She said " let me cut the waves out". Now, I have.....crap
