  • I realize that we are talking about students and we have all got to start somewhere. The office staff are pretty rude, my doctor could NOT get my scripts right to save his life. The communication here must be ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I have a follow-up and I will certainly NOT be returning there. If anyone has a choice, my advice would be to choose elsewhere. My appointment was at 1:15pm and I arrived early to fill out paperwork and was taken the back where I waited until 3:30pm. I did not get out until 4:45pm. A week later, my meds are still not right. NEVER again. Please, good people do not waste your time. Dr. Lu was nice enough, but did not display competency.. I hope for his sake and the sake of his future patients, he improves.
